Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada & United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15–25 business days

Estimated delivery windows may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays and promotional events.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system. You can use your tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and applicable taxes may be assessed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Lumivé has no control over customs processes, fees, or delays.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact.gabrielmorp@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Lumivé is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
