30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will process a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Item must be requested within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at contact.gabrielmorp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once we confirm your request, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please send us a photo at contact.gabrielmorp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost — no return required.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer

Return Shipping

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For damaged or defective items, Lumivé covers all return shipping.
